The Tri-Claw is the Swiss Army knife of trail camera and solar panel mounts. It goes where nothing else can.

While our T-Post mounts are built for fence posts and open terrain, the Tri-Claw clamps to virtually anything up to 2 inches in diameter — stock tanks, old farm implements, fence rails, tree limbs, T-posts, pipe gates, ladder stands, feeders. If you can wrap a clamp around it, you can hang a camera on it. This is the mount you reach for when your standard options won't work.

It's not meant to replace your T-Post mount. It's the tool you grab when you need to get creative.

The Tri-Claw is straightforward once you know the sequence, but there's one step people miss. Watch the video before you head to the field and you'll have it right the first time.

Setup

Step 1 — Attach the short arm to the clamp and position the clamp on your surface: tree limb, T-post, tank, gate, or fence rail.

Step 2 — Don't skip this one. Before positioning your arms, take a pair of pliers and tighten the wheel on the short arm hard against the clamp. This is what locks the arms to the clamp. If the clamp feels loose, this is why.

Step 3 — Clamp the jaws down tight. The 10 stainless teeth bite into wood or metal for a rock-solid hold.

Step 4 — Position your camera arm and solar panel arm where you want them, then lock each one with the butterfly knob.

Three arms, all independent

All 3 arms articulate independently, along with the 1/4-20 screws and the clamp itself. Point your camera down toward the trail, angle your solar panel south for maximum charge, and lock it all in solid. Run a camera and a panel together, or two cameras at once.

Also built for self-filming

Includes a camera hot shoe, so the Tri-Claw doubles as a rig for filming your own hunts — clamp it to a ladder stand rail, a blind window, or a limb and put the camera exactly where you need it.

Q: Does it replace the T-Post mount?
No. Different tools for different jobs. The T-Post mount is your primary setup for food plots and field edges. The Tri-Claw is what you reach for when the spot won't take a normal mount.

Q: Is it compatible with my camera?

Q: How hard is it to set up?

Q: Why does the clamp feel loose before I tighten the wheel?
That's normal. The wheel on the short arm has to be pliers-tight against the clamp before you mount it to your surface. Once that wheel is tight, everything locks solid.
