Returns require prior authorization and an RMA number. You must request an RMA within 14 calendar days of delivery, and items must be unused, in new resalable condition, and returned with their original packaging and accessories. Non-defective returns are subject to a 20% restocking fee or $15 minimum, whichever is greater. Some items are final sale. Warranty coverage is provided by the product manufacturer and varies by brand and product. If an item is defective on arrival, please contact us within 3 calendar days of delivery. After first use, warranty service and repairs are handled directly by the manufacturer according to their warranty terms.
