Most orders are processed within 2–3 business days. Delivery time depends on the carrier, destination, and product availability. Tracking information will be emailed once your order ships. Express overnight shipping is not available.
Returns require prior authorization and an RMA number. You must request an RMA within 14 calendar days of delivery, and items must be unused, in new resalable condition, and returned with their original packaging and accessories. Non-defective returns are subject to a 20% restocking fee or $15 minimum, whichever is greater. Some items are final sale.
