About this product
Product description
The Athlon Neos HMR 4-12x40 BDC500 IR steps up the Neos HMR family with two features that serious hunters will appreciate β an illuminated etched glass reticle and a side focus parallax adjustment. These additions make this scope a significant upgrade from the standard Neos HMR models at a price point that still won't break the bank.
The BDC500 reticle is designed specifically for hunting applications, with holdover points calibrated for common hunting calibers out to 500 yards. The illuminated center dot lights up in low light conditions β right when that big buck decides to show himself at last light. The etched glass reticle means you always have your reticle visible even if the illumination battery dies.
The side focus parallax adjustment lets you dial out parallax error from 10 yards to infinity β critical for precise shots at varying distances. Combined with fully multi-coated lenses, nitrogen purging, and a one-piece aircraft grade aluminum tube, this scope is built to perform in any hunting condition.
